The Food Manager course provides advanced training in food safety, focusing on proper food handling, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. It prepares individuals to manage food operations responsibly, prevent foodborne illnesses, and ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

A Food Manager– Time: 8hrs- is a professional responsible for overseeing food safety, quality, and operations in establishments such as restaurants, cafeterias, and food production facilities.

A Food Handler– Time: 4hrs- is an individual who works directly with food in roles such as preparing, cooking, serving, or storing food in establishments like restaurants, cafeterias, and food service operations.

A Food Allergy– Time: 3hrs- is a condition in which the immune system reacts to certain foods as if they were harmful, potentially causing mild to severe reactions such as Anaphylaxis.

Alcohol Certification– Time: 4hrs.- is a training program that teaches individuals how to responsibly sell, serve, and handle alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and safety guidelines.

HACCP – Time: 16hrs.- (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a systematic, science-based approach to food safety that focuses on identifying, evaluating, and controlling hazards throughout the food production process.
